I have known you forever...but I am still quite impressed! You are doing great work!
Pot calls kettle black (can I say that during this election cycle?). I think if these pastors were liberal ones endorsing the liberal candidate, which has effectively happened in every election since the development of "mainline" Christians, the silence from the McLaren crowd would be deafening.
I'm curious, Jonathan: Are you glad that you've received such positive support from McLaren, or are you just merely pointing out that another, perhaps more (in)famous, author has recognized you?

The thrust of the post was clearly the latter. However, almost anytime someone gives me a compliment, I am happy about it.
